I arrived a few minutes before the bridal party so I, along with my friend and photographer, Angie White, of A.E. White Photography, was able to capture some of the thoughtful l details.  So pretty!

And now a favorite part for any photographer…the pre-ceremony reveal.  Dani and Adam opted to see each other beforehand so they could have as much time as possible after the wedding to enjoy with family and friends.  When a bride chooses this option, my goal is to make thier moment as intimate and special as possible.  Here are a few that Angie and I captured from their reveal.  It was such a sweet moment.  I love, love!!

What a great family to capture.  The oldest of the three gals goes to school overseas so for the past two years I’ve been given the opportunity to photograph their reunion.  Loved feelin the love!

To start, I brought a red blanket that I’ve had for many years, because as many of you know, I just love red. I mean I have a board dedicated to red things on pintrest!  I knew I’d love the look of them wrapped up in a red blanket against the white fluffy snow.  I don’t think they minded the mandatory cuddling either.  Below are a couple of my favorites taken with the red blanket.

With this one I wanted to show off the gorgeous surroundings while highlighting a natural sweet moment between the two of them.

I loved this spot, the trees literally made a canopy over the road.  I noticed it as I drove into the sub division.  They agreed, we had to come back to capture some sweetness beneath the snow capped trees.

Devan will be incorporating chalkboards into her unique summer wedding decor.  It would be only fitting to add it into our engagement session too.

I love engagement sessions for a couple of reasons.  They really give a photographer the chance to get to know the couple before the wedding day.  Then my hope is that meeting me, and already sharing time with them will help create wedding day images that reflect their true personalities and love fore each other.  What a beautiful day June 23rd will be!
